The entrepreneur Adalbert Schilling started experimenting with PTFE & PFA lined pipes and the lining technology back in 1962, wich led to the establishment of his company under the name Adalbert Schilling GmbH in 1971 at a new industrial site within the greater Rhein-Main-Area of Germany, at Hadamar.

His personal principles of trust, reliability, and personal engagement in close direct contact with his costumers and business partners were the reasons for the continually increasing demand and extraordinary growth of his company.

Subsequently, the production facility in Hadamar, built in 1977, was periodically expanded between 1981 and 1997. Today, the manufacturing and warehouse facilities occupy an area of more than 5000 m².
