We offer the following types of flanges:
- welding neck flanges according to DIN 2632
- welding collars and lap joint flange according to DIN 2673
- welding flanges according to DIN 2576
- stub end and lap joint flange according to DIN 2642
- flanges in acc. to EN 1092-1
Standard pressure rate is PN 10 other pressure rates and standards are possible (ASME B16.5,…)
Outside coating
The steel parts are grind-blasted from outside according to SA 2,5 and coated with primmer.
Other coating systems are possible such as
- hot galvanizing
- electro galvanizing-
- zinc phosphate primmer
Other color collections are possible.
The final control of the finished products is subject to DIN 2874. All finished products can be documented according to EN 10204-2.2.
The design is subject to the implementing regulations on pressure vessels. The types can be documented according to the test group with
manufacturer’s certificate through our works inspector or a notified body.
Other tests are possible in case of need upon request (x-ray and US-tests). |
